Few people get a second chance to make a first impression, but Rik Augustin has been given that rare opportunity.
Rik's
passion for singing began as a small child. Rik has performed in
numerous clubs, concerts, and stage productions. He is also an
accomplished artist whose paintings and sculptures are in collections

After
establishing music and fine arts careers, Rik began to suffer from
spinal problems that affected many things, including his voice. Surgery
finally became necessary to avoid a growing threat of paralysis, and
that operation dramatically changed his life.
As Rik recuperated he made the joyous discovery...that not only was his health improving, his singing voice was also returning. After
several years away from entertaining, Rik eagerly began performing
again. He received glowing responses and many requests for CDs,
inspiring him to create this debut album ... For the first time.
